Equilin is a growing company and a professional producer of healthy horse nutrition and has developed ‘the New Feeding’ because nutrition, well-being and health of horses go together. In addition, great value is attached to the awareness of this among horse owners and enthusiasts.
What are you going to do:
As a customer service representative you are the first point of contact for horse owners and partners. You answer questions, help with processing orders and support with administrative work.
You support Equilin’s partners with their communication, you attend trade fairs a few times a year and you have an affinity with creating banners and vlogs.
You keep in touch with sponsor partners and sponsor events and you create and send newsletters to distributors and horse owners.
As an online marketing specialist, you devise online campaigns with the Equilin team, set them up and monitor them in the Netherlands and the surrounding European countries.
You are responsible for the social media channels Facebook, Instagram and YouTube and you collect and post messages based on an editorial schedule.
What do we ask:
You are representative, communicative, you can work independently, you have a great sense of responsibility and you enjoy helping people.
You are reliable, very accurate in your work and you have no problem working evenings or weekends every now and then.
You write easily and flawlessly in Dutch and you master the English and German language in word and writing.
You have MBO+ level, experience with web shops, you are handy with the internet, you are familiar with new media, graphic programs such as canva and you have experience with online marketing campaigns, SEO and ads.
You live near Weerselo or are willing to come there at least once a week and you have at least a driver’s license, start in consultation.
